  • At Fitnessdiabetes we recognise that everyone is unique and has individual needs specific to them. That is why we offer one on one personal training to start you on your road to health and fitness.
  
  • You will recieve a full fitness assessment and consultation to allow us to assertain your current levels of fitness and design a fitness program commensurate with your abilities and goals. Dont live locally? Not a problem. We can assess and provide you with a program and track your progress online.
  
  • With your authorisation we will consult with your doctor to ensure that the fitness choices we make for you are specifically appropriate to your diabetes.
  
  • You will recieve on going support and motivation and regular retesting to show your progress made.

Training will be conducted outside and of either 30 minutes or an hour duration and organised for your convenience on the Northern Beaches or North Shore. If you do not live in the local area please contact us to discuss our online training options.

We also offer group personal training for those that prefer a more social training enviroment or are looking for    a more cost effective way to train with a personal trainer.
